Board games are often relatively expansive, $20.00 to $50.00 for regular games and much more for specialty games. The board games on this site are traditional, out of copy right, or developed by our family.
All games require you to print a board. Additionally you may need to cut out a few pieces and glue parts together. Construction should take 10 to 20 minutes after printing. If you like a game you can make it sturdy by pasting pieces onto strong card or board and possibly laminating.
Several games require coloured stones for play. One of the cheapest ways is to cut oval shapes out of coloured cardboard. Another way is to buy flattened glass pebbles from a craft or dollar store. These glass pieces are frequently used for flower arranging and mosaic creation. They come in bags of one colour or mixed colours. As some games use 40 or more pieces per player we recommend buying two single colour bags.
